1. Overview
One Billion Dollar Donation (the "Site") is an individually operated site publishing a personal investment record. This policy describes information that may be processed under the Site's current code and operating practices.
2. Google Analytics and cookies
The Site has no registration, comments, checkout, or contact form and does not directly ask visitors to enter a name or phone number.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID G-Z7Y0N822TN) to understand aggregate traffic, learn which content is used, and improve the Site. The analytics tag loads after the main content so that it does not block the initial page display.
Depending on the settings and visiting environment, Google may process the page visited, referring page, approximate location, browser and device information, page interactions, and cookies or similar identifiers. An IP address may be transmitted to Google as part of the network request. The operator does not receive a visitor's individual IP address or name in Analytics reports and does not combine Analytics data with other information to identify an individual.

Visitors can block or delete cookies through their browser settings. If analytics or advertising use is expanded for a region where prior consent is required, the Site will implement Google consent mode together with an appropriate consent-management mechanism.
3. Google AdSense connection status
The Site publishes a google-adsense-account meta tag and ads.txt for AdSense ownership verification. No AdSense advertising runtime or ad placement is currently active. At this stage, the Site's code does not make AdSense ad requests or display ads.
Before ads are activated, this policy will be updated to reflect the actual use of cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and visitor choices by Google and any other third party. A Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) will be prepared before serving ads in regions where Google requires one, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Personalized advertising can be managed through Google My Ad Center.
4. Third-Party Services (Hosting and Logs)
The Site is hosted via GitHub Pages.
GitHub's servers may systematically collect access logs (IP address, browser type, access time, etc.) to provide stable services, and this is handled in accordance with GitHub's own privacy policy.

5. Email inquiries
If you send an email directly to the address on the contact page, the sending address, display name, message, and attachments are processed by the email service. They are used to review and answer the inquiry and are not published. You may request deletion by writing to the same address.
6. External Links
The Site may contain links to other external websites to provide useful information. These external sites have their own independent privacy policies separate from the Site, and the Site is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
7. Changes to the Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to change in accordance with relevant laws, guidelines, or changes in the operation of the Site. If the policy is changed, the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page will be updated.
